Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email customer service for the website you placed your order on [email protected] within 24 hours of recording your order. We can’t process orders canceled on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Please be sure to contact us in advance for return support. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at STAR TOWN warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from startownbag.com for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Once the item is received at STAR TOWN warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
Regarding product descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look altered under various illumination conditions. If a product we offer is not accurate as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
- When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we receive the return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date will not be accepted.
- Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Here’s how to easily return your item(s):
Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice. You may use the original package, or pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item in your order please contact [email protected], and we will help you replace the item. Once a damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
